No. They remain in page memory and are not included in appointment requests, text messages or chat. Reload or clear the questionnaire to erase them. The clinic does not monitor these responses.

Can I request an appointment after completing it?

Yes, for nonurgent concerns. The appointment link opens a request form and texting opens your messaging app without the answers or scores. Staff must confirm a visit at our clinic. For an emergency, call 911 instead.

For adults 18 and older. These tools cannot diagnose illness, give medical clearance or determine whether a treatment is safe. For children or teenagers, ask a clinician about age-appropriate care. You do not need to answer an age-eligibility or immediate-danger question to begin.

Call 911 for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, heavy bleeding with fainting or immediate danger. In the U.S., call or text 988 for a mental-health crisis. Do not wait for a questionnaire result or a clinic reply.

Answers stay only in this page’s memory—not sent to Tejas Clinic, saved in a database or attached to appointment requests. Clear/restart or reload to erase them. The clinic does not monitor responses. Talk to your doctor even when a score is low.
